Pet Policy

Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Akita
• Alaskan Malamute
• American Bulldog
• Belgian Shepherd
• Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario)
• Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• Dalmatian
• German Shepherd
• Giant Schnauzer
• Great Dane
• Husky
• Mastiff (all types)
• Pit Bull Terrier (including Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
• Rottweiler
• Shar-Pei
• St. Bernard
• Wolf Hybrid

The following animals are not permitted in the community:

• Exotic animals or reptiles (e.g., snakes, lizards, ferrets)
• Rodents (e.g., rats, mice, hamsters)
• Poisonous or venomous animals (e.g., tarantulas, certain insects & fish)
• Barnyard animals

• Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed with no pet deposit required.
• Aquariums over 20 gallons must include a pet deposit and provide proof of renter’s insurance.

Breed, size, number, and weight restrictions—as well as pet fees, pet rent, and pet deposit requirements—do not apply to qualified assistance or service animals as defined by the Fair Housing Act and ADA guidelines.
Proper documentation may be required.
